To date, I have enjoyed working with my group. Although we are just getting started I can already tell that this team is going to work well together and challenge each other to work outside of our individual comfort zones. We have already finished our business plan, and have a few ideas spinning around on how to improve and expand our current model. We have met once outside of class time to really get to know each other, show our commitment, and identify our unique strengths and weaknesses. The process of creating our business model canvas was enjoyable because each team member was able to bring something totally different and helpful to the board. A weekly group meeting is set in place, along with some basic codes of conduct. The process of organizing our board advisory meetings will be interesting as we each have very different ways of leading and directing! I look forward to our weekly meetings and feel like our strong group connection will be our team's wining feature as it makes it so work does not feel like work.
