Through out the semester I have been making quick jot notes at the end of each week to try and keep track of everything we have been doing and what needs to be done. I did not always delegate time to sit down and journal each week, but I have accurate notes to create the posts now.
It was fun as a group deciding on our advisors and on who should run the first meeting. Naturally, we all agreed on Peter who knew the most about Mido and the vision of Mido’s future. We all had a group meeting and outlined the questions we wanted to ask our advisors (when we figure out who they were to be!). Working with my team is really enjoyable and even something as tedious as planning a meeting ended up being quite fun. We organized the meetings according to each of our strengths...and had lots of fun teasing each other about our weaknesses! Turns out, none of us are very good with number so the financial side we really needed to focus on turning to our advisors.
As well as organizing our first meeting, our team completed the venture charter outline this week as it was pretty straight forward for Mido and we all had a strong understanding of what we had to do.
